i've got -35mm front and back and 7.5x17" wheels, at the back they rubbed a little but i have wheels spacers, so if you don't put thise they won't rub, i've putted larger arches on now winkeye

good luck

depends on how low you want to drop your car. I originally had 60mm springs on my cab and they didn't rub unless I had people in the back when going over a speed hump. Depends on how wide your wheels/tyres are as well.

i have 40mm all round and with a full car its nothing, no rubs and can still go over normal speed bumps and when i say normal i mean the normal ones not the square nipple ones. The square ones always catches the bottom of my cab even when i sit alone. oh yeh and btw i am on 17s
Returned after many years out.
