instument cluster bulb out

this might sound a bit stupid but how do you change the bulb behind the speedo, the previous owner stuck a blue led thing above it which looks nasty. also the shroud is broken where he put the light so is this easy enough to change at the same time

You will need to remove the cluster to replace the bulb.
