advice on cyl head modification

hello people. i am intending on fitting itbs to my 2.7 m20 and i need advice as to what to have done to the head to get as much power as possible

what camshaft should i be after? (i have a peformance cam in there allready but its not very wild)

should i get bigger exhaust/inlet valves?

valve springs?

what injectors will i need to run?

anything else?

the cylinder head has allready been gas flowed, polished and ported.

if you can sort out a quote for the above bits and bobs that would be great
i have no idea of the specific parts i'll need. what specific camshaft, valves, injectors etc will be best for this particular application? will the cyl head need any machine work?
i dont really know what i'm doing so any advice will be greatly appreciated
