Are they bonded in?

Just need to make sure I am 100% before replacing the knackered one on mine this week.

You just remove the plastic locking strip on the outside, then push out the glass from the inside.

No glue/rubber sealant. It just pops out.

The rubber seal can then be pulled away from the car, and pushed back on etc, no bonding.

Oh, remember to disconnect the rear heated window wires also!

Afaik only the E30 M3's had bonded screens

Did i hear correctl that the windscreen and rear window need to come out when changing the headlining? My SE has the white and I wanted to fit the sport black.. I was put off by the idea of removing them myself.

Tips:-
1. Apply fairy liquid in the rubber seam of the rubber (the bit the screen fits into), and this will make re-fitting the windscreen alot easier, and reduce the chance of it cracking!
2. Be careful :D

have you got a rear screen as i have a very good one i don't need, all the bars work bar 1!
