the weakness on the IX drivetrain is the front diff i think, mattias (IXer) was saying something about swapping them for audi ones a while ago iirc.

The golf MK2's with the Rallye synchro drivetrains and TT engines at GTi international launch like that (I mention that cos the centre diff is very similar I think and the rest of the drivetrain is very small compared to the BMW stuff i've seen).
Best launch I've seen was a video of a McLaren F1 VS a 1200 brake supra. The McLaren just squats and dissapears!
It's a cool car. iX touring with cleverly grafted on M3 rear quarters and front wings would be nice....
