Where can you get a turbo rebuilt n likely costs involved? Can you get them modded to run more boost or similar whilst they're apart?

yes specialist rebuilds 300 quid and up...better off buying a new one to start with.

new one? as in something like a Holset? looking to get something with a T3 flange n good for 400bhp with minimal lag..

it'll prob only be run at around 320bhp or so thinking about it.. Should you build in 'safety' margins with turbo specs?

you can get the turbine wheels modded to flow more i think if you use a small turbo but your best off getting one of those new H1C's of ebay for about £300 if they havent all sold yet was about 10 in stock a few weeks ago

1st link is a fairly small h1c...second link is the one i have ...cost about 450 quid plus the dreaded over here.

ive had nothing but problems with recon turbos. best going for new to save the hassle. my new garret t34 cost about £800.good for up to 28psi and 380bhp with boost coming in at 1400rpm.
