my mate has been a painter and working in bodyshops more or less since he left school (he's older than me though so been doing it for quite a while)

he done all the hard work and prep at home and then took it into work to prime and paint it so he could do it in the booth and then leave it in the oven to harden off

he's done a really good job, although he's sick of the bloody sight of it, he has been doing 8 hour days at work and then spending 4 hours or so just about every night on this

the fixing kit was great by the way, everything he needed was there, he only used what broke, or what looked weak when he removed it.
