Im after a 325i but dont know what specific things to check and look out for when viewing.
Plus is there anywhere that lists specs and options that 325i Tourings came with?

Cheers

Hi there,

Good choice of car!

Take a look through the tech help section, and you will see what sort of problems people are experiencing.

Here is a recent similar question:

Rust, Cylinder Head problems are among the top checks.

If you can try and get a back copy of total bmw magazine. There was an E30 touring buying guide in about mid to late 2003. It was written by our very own zoner Mr MasterBates. It will only be a few quid!

Engine overheating, cracked head
Rusty tailgates

That was the September 2002 edition, and according to their site is still available on back order.

Nice one guys, cheers for the tip Simon, i'll check it out.

Are all 325i's specced the same electric gadget wise?

I know some could be brought with the M-Tech goodies and LSD, but are things like the OBC etc standard equiptment?

Cheers

Standard on the 325i touring are, c/l, e/w, e/m, ABS, sport steering wheel, fog lights, and headlamp wash wipe, everything else is optional, including electric sunroof.
