used mine today for the first time, on my dirty derv! and it is disgusting now!! How you go about washing these things? come on ladies.....

Stick it in the machine on a wool wash?

In the machine, liquid detergent (not powder), 30 or 40 degree wash, with NO fabric softener. Don't cook it in the tumble dryer either!
