Ok i know this has been asked before, just need to make sure of what i need to make it happen!

I have an genuine tech 2 kit i would like to put on a preface lift cab, which consists of front bumper and valance, rear bumper, door pods and side skirts (which have the slits already to stretch over to fit the cab)

What other parts do i need to fit the kit? where can i get them from, and roughly how much would each item cost?

for front you will need the facelift lower metal valance and foglights, and the facelift bumper centre strut mounts (2 of) and side mounts( 1 each side), these you can get from a scrap facelift car of any type 316-325 2/4door touring etc and all just unbolt (even the lower metal valance)

you will need the rear facelift bumper strut mounts (2 of) and side bumper mounts( 1 each side), and a bit of drilling to get the struts to fit, again any facelift car will have these

then you will need to buy the clips to fit the side pods, dealers would be best bet as they break when removed normally so go for new, they will not cost the earth.

It has been said before that the pre and post face lift cars have different rear wheel arch profiles but i have also heard this was not the case on cabs.... so your rear bumper may not meet up with the rear wheel arch correctly, this is 100% the case for tin tops but please let us know if this is the case for cabs. It is not too hard to fix, just some body work and plastic filling required.

i have a website that explains how to, pm me with email address and i will send it to you (dont have it to hand at the mo)

and finally.... you appear to already have a tech2 kit on your car??!!

I have all the clips as well i think..

Also does any of the tech 2 kit have to be modified like cut etc, can i still remove it and sell it on or fit to a facelift afterwards?
