its the economy model - so its built for mpg not speed.

i think thats the low powered 2.7 motor, very torquey but only 120hp or so and doesnt rev very high

the 525e (for Eta)

is a high compression 2.7 version of the m20 lump

As conan said, its designed primarily for economy, and cruises at 2000rpm in top at 80mph.

the engine has circa 145bhp and is a torquy unit, but fairly slow revving

good relaxed cruiser, but no boyracer beater or backroad blaster :eek:

Thats not an issue for me...the speed I mean.

MPG then?

And could I fit a manual box?
