have been offered black leather interior off a 92 E36 m3 coupe, can some one tell me will this interior fit my 89 316 E30?
if not is there any other interior that will fit my E30?

What do you mean by interior? I have heard of people putting the E36 M3 front seats in their E30's (I think there are some on the zone) but I don't know how much modification is necessary. They are some of my favourite seats, maybe not the most supportive, but I think they look good, are comfortable, and are very adjustable.
If you mean the dashboard part then I have seen an E30 in a magazine with an E36 dashboard but again I don't know how much modification was needed.
I don't know about the rear seats or door trims.
