Have no experience with this kit but doesn't look all bad.
Hope your not thinking of bolting it on to your engine as i'm guessing its high compression

a budget low power setup, but build your own ,ecu chip-running motronic???????wont run properly at all,no fmu, still have exhaust to make ,no injectors bearing in mind stock injectors are marginal on a production unit, still need uprated headbolts etc.....in short not worth the money...advise source your own kit, cheaper, better. :eek:you will blow your engine with this for sure!!!

that manifold is a copy and is 200 or so pounds usually.
turbo around 200 pound
ic piping kit around 100 quid
ic not sure but would guess less than 150
its all xs power /copy kit and certainly doesnt contain EVERYTHING or even enough to run ....believe me ,its not worth it.....imo
your money ,your decision you asked...

It´s using a FMU for raising the fuel pressure,
oil feed line, oil return line,
If the AFM is moved before the turbo that will run,
woh knows if the timing will even be close to correct,
but afr´s might be ok, this will not work for alot of boost unless bigger injectors are used and some engine management is used,
That "does" include everything needed to run a turbo kit,
But I wouldn´t trust the chip one bit.
gcorky, what is missing from the kit?

what about that setup with a standalone management system, bigger injectors and properly set up on a RR?
is the turbo that comes with the kit any good?
just thinking it might be worth asking him for indvidual parts....

bolt on kit????as said injectors cant cut it on an n.a engine...let alone a boosted one...it is widely accepted that the stock management does not have the parameters to run boost successfully...its a fancy lookin crap kit...
WANTED:volunteer to buy one and bolt on and see how you go.....mind you its about time someone produced a kit that would fit any m20 and not need mapping or scope to adjust anything?with a turbo with internal gate capable of 600bhp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im done on this topic

There is a FMU pictured in the ebay pic.
it´s also widely known that a TCD kit made in the states can run upwards of 15psi on motronic,
using bigger injectors and fmu only,
but they implemented ignition changes into there chip.
It doesn´t matter how fuel is put into the engine if it´s the right amount,
I´m not a fan of fmu´s as they add serious strain on regular fuel pumps,
That of course can´t make 600hp, that we do know,
The price is just too high for what is usable from that kit,
plumbing, intercooler, oil feed and return line,
turbo for maybe 250hp, hoses and clamps
I can´t say anything about the manifold
without some testing of course, who knows it might not break in half on the first week
of usage.

All the hard stuff has been done for the novice. Pipes etc.
Saves having to get stuff fabricated other than exhaust from manifold back.
We could probly comment all day, but unless someone buys one and reviews it then its hard to tell the quality of the materials used.
IMO - looks a good deal for fast road use, not serious tuned.
