I have a 325 convertible, complete with air conditioning. Is it easy to remove, if so is there a dummy's guide for doing the job.

Hi Joseph,

I wouldn't say it's 'hard' to remove, but it can be very time consuming if you want to remove everything from under the dash as well.

If you just want to remove the stuff under the bonnet, then it's only a couple of hours work, but if you want to totally remove the air con from under the dash, then the entire dash has to come out. Agian, not 'hard', but a lot of work.

Why do you want to remove it. Most E30 owners would give a kidney for air con :D
