no 60/40 drop will have a great ride, the quality stuff like H&R,KW will give the best ride. Cheap sh!t springs like G-max and Pi give a horrible ride and no handling just low looks

My touring rides no worse than a brand new mini cooper.

What about thicker anti roll bars, will they effect the ride and are the improvements worth the outlay?

I think its gonna have to be a H&R suspension kit and anti roll bar combo!!!!!!

I have looked on the Zone shop and www.europerformance.co.uk and none of the kits listed mention the 60/40 spring heights or any height changes, just strut diameter, are all the H&R kits 60/40 or is this something you have to request when ordering?!!!! 8O

I can certainly vouch for and agree with positive comments on H&R stuff!

Yesterday I changed my rear springs (will do the matching fronts in the next couple of days) from G-Max 60mm to H&R 40mm and the difference is massive! Much, much nicer ride.
I'm also running H&R adjustable roll bars and the difference with those was also fantastic. It now feels very flat and well mannered in the corners. I want some dry weather again so I can play with the settings.

Can't speak for KW as I've not used them but I've read lots of good reports.

In my experiences, paying extra for the better quality stuff is definately a no-brainer! :D
