And I recently thoroughly cleaned my wheels ;)

Thx everyone :o:

Maybe I should post some more?

The last one seems to be the favourite. I'm quite pleased with it, but it would be better if the lens flare wasn't there

PORNO!! :wan:

:D

Nice cars both of you!

@Nelly, I e-mailed BMW-KIS and they told me that an M-Tech I doesn't have those bump-strips ( is that the correct english word? ) on the side of the car ( on the middle of the doors ) and the skirts you have aren't M-Tech, what can you tell me about that?
I think it's a bit strange what that guy is telling me...
these 2 aren't M-Tech skirts according to him:

First off, agreed - the bump strips on Sarah's Baur should be Black but, seeing as i kept the chrome bumpers front + rear - i thought it would be nice to have the chromed bump strips as well to carry the effect around the car.

Secondly, you've got to ask bmw-kis what planet they've been living on since the early 80's because there's two "M-Tec" style of kits on E30's ie;

M tec 1 sports (metal bumper model) + M tec 2 sports (plastic bumper model) lol

The kit you have on your car is the tec 2 kit and the one on my Sarah's Baur (the one i pictured) is a tec 1 kit.

Please get bmw-kis to register here - hopefully they'd be willing to learn some E30 history - not a dig at them, just some friendly knowledge pasted on to them.

BTW - the two cars in the pics you put up both have the tec 1 side skirts on them.

Hope this clears it up for him?

Neil.

Yeah that's exactly what I thought! But I was beginning to doubt myself because of that email I've got from BMW.

Glad to have that cleared up

Though, saying that, this one hasn't got the tec1 rear shirt on it?? not to sure what it is (Zender maybe??) but the rest of the kit is tec1.

I'm very tempted to paint my car this color. I've been looking for an OEM BMW green that I liked, i'm so glad I stumbled onto this thread.
