as some of u know i bought a really mint 325i cabby at the weekend.
Thing is its sorta too good to start modding really, so im tempted to sell it and spend the cash on one with mods already or higher miles an more owners etc.
1988 325i convertible
Diamond Black Metallic
Black Leather
1 owner from new
53,000 miles with full history - 90% of which is bmw main dealer
really good hood
last service was 2 months ago
car will have a full mot.
and it wud be on 15" bbs
the car is on spanish plates atm, but is an original uk car (with proof) thats lived for some time in majorca where its owner had a 2nd business and home.
This is a totally mint and original car, its only mod at moment is a set of alpina rims but im gonna keep those. The engine is smooth and so quiet for an m20, and the whole car feels right and new.
pics can be seen here http://photobucket.com/albums/v248/CcHh ... nvertible/
Or shud i just mod it anyways? (still need value tho even if u think this is the right option)
cheers for ur help
Whats it worth

chaos-u gotta decide if you're gonna keep it or that you wanna make a cut...
if keeping it then i'd say do only reversable mods on it , BBTB, zone chip, lower it, iS lip etc
if selling it, keep it stock-the stock ones are worth more on the market!
dont know exact prices but i'd prob say its worth about the same as a mint 325i sport?! circa Ԛ£5-6k..
mind you, i aint too hot on cab prices!but it is a sweet looking motor
thats my 2p, hopefully I offended noone

First mod should be a flashing light box, a DJ and a disco ball under them
arches!
No car is to good to mod! As long as your not gonna start grafting bits of
fiberglass to it and put a 7foot touring car wing on it!!
Is the engine in it?

it's the quietest 2.5 lump i've heard. As peeps have said reversible mods. I would keep it and enjoy and mechanically new/tight E30 cos they ain't really out there no more

I dont see the point of selling a car which is so tight and drives so well. Enjoy it I say. Youll only end up buying a shitter next time round and think.........mmmm.............I wish Id kept that lovely cab!
