Hello!

I'm having various stainless steel flanges cut for my turbo conversion, two of which are to bolt onto the head.

If anyone wants a pair, I should be getting the quote in the next couple of days with any luck.

The port bore I've used is 34mm which is slightly larger than the port (which in itself is a funny shape). Each flange covers three cylinders so there'll be two per engine.

This is for the M20 which in my case is from a 1985 model (not sure if later cars are different)

Post here if you're interested :)

Cheers!

Alex

Hooray!

Had a quote back from the metal people:

They'll be about Ԛ£21 plus postage each so Ԛ£42 for an engine set.

That's in grade 304 stainless steel.

If anyone's interested, I'll be ordering in the next couple of days :)

Cheers!

Hi Alex.
I`ll have a pair of them( 1 engine set) please..

let me know how much you want and how you want it ..

what are you using for the actual pipes of the manifold ?
i presume your fabricating it yourself .

this type of thing would be great .

Hokey doke, so that's one definate.

We bought some stainless bends for the Pug manifold a couple of weeks ago, I'll ask the chap whose car is is for his e-mail address, seemed like a helpful person :)

I'm gonna confirm the order with the metal people on Thursday so if anyone else definately wants a set can they post 'ere before then.

Cheers!
