Hello, just wondering if anyone can help out with details of a respectable agency I can get to inspect an e30 in Devon? I have a mate in London but he doesn't have the time to check it out (or the knowledge!).

Preferably someone with bmw/e30 knowledge is preferred!

Any help is much appreciated, cheers, Doug.

some charge silly prices like £150 upwards, i'd rather give a zoner like Brianmoooore or other walking e30 encyclopedia £50 beer money :D

If the zone wants a way to make cash, this is surely it
I'd certainly pay £50 to get a zone legend along to scare the living "£$! out of the shed-pushers you get on ebay or the trader.

I'd certainly want more than £50 to travel around the country all day.... the liability insurance wouldn't be cheap either...

Have you tried contacting a local independent BMW garage in the area? trouble is i bet most will charge £100+ otherwise it just isn't worth the trip...

Shop about with the rac/aa/greenflag etc as the same agent will come out
When i sold my tomcat turbo the guy got this chap out from greenflag , He mentioned to me whilst we were chatting he also did calls for the aa and rac if they were in "his" area :D

Firstly, thanks for your advice.

The thing is, I'm not in Devon and would need someone to check a car for me without me being there...I'd happily hand over a few notes for some quality information! Its a EuroMeister M3...I think I should simply be asking if someone could view a car for me...

Thanks again, Doug.

*edit

I had a look through rac and greenflag and I dont think they can provide exactly what I am looking for. So I had a look at the South West Region of the BMW club GB...might have to join up ;-)

Well there's not much point in asking people to travel all round, the joy of t'internet is that you can reach people all over. Anyway, just a thought. Everyone would want Ant or Brianmoore anyway :)
