You may have faulty door switches, ie. they don't know that the doors are closed. Whip 'em out, clean 'em up. Or replace them.

Gavo,as Chris said,dirty/knackered door pins are probably the problem!

Clean and/or replace :)

Wonder if the electric windows are OE fitted? Do the windows work with the ignition off? Ignition off and doors open? Ignition on only? Do you have another "switch" in front of the right hand window switch?

The switches are on eitherside of the centre console and yes they work with the ignition off and with the doors open not to sure if the sunroof does the same will have to check that. There is also another push button switch up by the hazard switch for the windows but not sure what it does.

The switch by the hazard switch is the missing switch from the console.
It's fitted there as standard on cabs.
Is this an early 325?
Anyone know if the cut out was fitted next to the hazard switch on early 325s?
Regarding the door pin switches, they should be two switches in one, and it's possible, though unlikely, that the interior lights could work properly and the windows not.
Unscrew the single screw that holds them in and pull them out. As soon as you unscrew the screw they lose their earth, so if the lights in the switch go out, these are the problem.
