60mm is fine if you use the correct shocks and decent springs, lots of neg camber which will wear the tyres out alot quicker front and rear
40mm is the best all round option really. It's up to you, is it for looks or handling? do you cover alot of miles? are your suspension bushes sound? lowering will increase the stress on any worn bushes

i like the way you took that picture elliott.
The sport had lowered springs from the factory M tech...the Eibach springs replicate this height but with a better spring and will handle very well...by lowering it any more as stated it may look low but creates camber on the rear and as stated will wear tyres and mean you will also need to replace other parts...therefore will cost a lot more and depending on how you drive not affect any handling that greatly and in fact if you put an inferior spring on could make it worse...personally and I know some will disagree...keep with the BMW setting and leave it at about 30mm...good luck

Shouldn't catch the wings if using correct diameter wheel / tyre combo. Although you will need to ensure the "bump stops" are in very good condition . Mine were non existent when I bought the car and pulled the lips on the front wings !mickey01 wrote:does 60mm not pull down the front wing when u turn
