I had the opposite experience. "Bought" some springs off me a month ago, I sent them off when the cheque arrived here. It was a rubber cheque, he apologised and was going to sort it, but has been ignoring my PMs since then. So I've lost the money for the springs, and I'm out of pocket £10+ for posting them. Don't send this guy anything until you have the cash in your hand. Will update here if anything changes.
