how do i tell which lsd i have

it shud say it on the casing i believe

Hmmm i wouldnt mind knowing this myself. Is the standard lsd in the sport god or would you recommend a change???

3.91 LSD is all good

3.64 has the edge for me as its taller geared everywhere, depends what you wanted to achieve, M'way @ 90 is a PITA with the 3.91 though, keep reaching for sixth....... yeah righto ! :lol:

find out what you have dude and report back, std was indeed the 3.91 though

Havent looked at mine but can tell its at least a 3.91 as it doesnt do much in each gear.
Its definitely not for motorway driving.

How do you tell if the casing is rusty as hell?

I just finished stripping my donor.. and to my suprise it appears I have an LSD.... I didn't think 7 series (e23) auto came with LSD options..but there you go..

Now I need to find out what ratio it is.. but its soooooo rusty I can't tell where the plate is, nevermind what it used to say...think it's a 3.25 though.
