rocker arms

can anyone tell me if rocker arms on a 325 can be changed without taking the cylinder head off cheers.

Hi mate don't mean to hijack your thread but....
My tappets are really noisey and I have just been wondering weather I can change all the rockers and the cam without taking the head off?
And if so I think I would want a different cam More power possibly? I have heard lots of people refering to the shrick 466 or somthing,
