Scrolling 'latest post' section

Grrrrr!

I used to come on the zone and see a list of the latest posts. Great! Just used to pick the ones I wanted to look at and go...

But now you have to wait for the next post you want to look at to scroll on the screen again... Booooooh!

I don't like it.

The rest of the changes are very cool though!

What do you think?

if you loiter over the interesting post the scroll stops dude, the static list was OK but a bit random @ times, this is up to the second in terms of recent postings

I know it stops... that's not the problem... it's after you read the post you want, then return to the scrolling bit, you have to wait for them all to scroll again to get to the next desired post...

Trouble is I LOVED the old version... *sniff* - please come back... I beg you.

The section on the left of the main "Home" page that used to be static and now scrolls!

I think the new one's better because it's up to date, but the old one's better because the scrolling is annoying as Giles complains.

An up-to-date version of the old one would be good!

I did prefere the none scrolling version more, as G said, easier to read the new posts and that

The scrolling is a bit irritating but it's useful in that you see the exact post time and who did it, and the fact that it's up-to-the-second makes the old one that never seemed to update seem really useless

ok, this is what i'll do, I'll change it back to the old one for now, then mod it to so that it's shows the same info as the scrolling one but without the scroll
