Hi where is the pollen filter and how easy is it to change.I have tried a search but nothing turned up.Wife complaining of demisters not clearing screen. thanks

Ok, this ones easy, i changed the ones on the wifes car last week;

Open the bonnet and unclip the grill at the top of the engine bay, near where the wipers are.

You'll need a 7mm socket and a phillips screwdriver to undo the bit of trim with the loom attached to it. - pull this forward so you can gain access to the filters (yes there are two) replace them with the new ones.

then refit the parts you've taken off.

Dumb q perhaps - but what happens if they are left and not changed?

Heaters do not operate properly/demist not clearing screen.
