Only one can of "Easystart" per cold start!
When we had one, we used to keep it at the top of a quarter mile one in four hill!

nah thats just because people are too lazy to sort the heater plug when it burns out. never had any starting problems with her.

Heater plugs were fine - you had to use them as well as the 300 yrd downhill run.
Had a Mini with a towbar at the time. Used the front loader on this tractor to lift it dead upright on its nose every time I wanted to work on the underside.

safety first safety second! LOL!

I once dropped a mini on me ma...

we were bleeding the brakes after me da went out.

bleeding finished my not so dainty ma swung her legs out, my axle stands slipped and the mini sills smashed down over her calfs...

then I picked it up and she got up...

we had a cuppa then got the shakes!

The MINI was hammerited in silver... oh happy days!

ALL bodywork was hammerited though. We later rubbed it down and tried to spray it in celly- it just bubbled and went orange peel all over... so we rubbed... and painted... and rubbed... and painted... and...

in the end we just painted and painted and...

eventually it settled down. I was sure the Mini was a full inch taller and two inches wider!
