just been back to the car park to practice more drifting and doughnuts.its so easy in a cosworth powered rwd e30.flooring it in 1st makes the car go around and around on the spot.much easier than doing 3 point turns

having spent my pre e30 days as a typical saab driver - you know, 43.2 mph everywhere regardless of speed limits, junctions, pedestrians etc - doughnuts aren't really my thing, I'm always open to persuasion though. Fuzzy, maybe a few lessons to get me started on my journey to asbo heaven?

Find open space. Put full lock on the steering. Floor the throttle, come sideways of the clutch and hold on......
If you aren't packing an LSD then you may just find yourself going round in big circles shredding your inside tyre.....

I'm too scared to drift properly......

1st? pah!
mine can do it in the dry in 3rd due to the real low down lag-less torque
maybe a taller diff would help a smidge though
