S38B38 in E30 info ??

hi..
I need some advice about the swap

1) the exhaust,,

Is it save to cut the manifolds after the collector.
The engine subframe will be lowered by 25 mm





2) the water pipes


is it neccessary to cut the frame arond the radiator as shown so the water pipes will fit well.

The engine mounts are from 300mm.de and is now in position 2

all advice are well accepted

Have a read of Karans thread, not a b38 but a b36 but should be similar ?

u can cut that bit..... but id go for position 3 with this engine...

Sorry i was wrong,,
the engine was in pos, 1 ......now i am gonna movit to pos,2
and i have the 25 mm spacers, ready so hopefully -->> alles klar
