Hi

I need to connect the starter motor direct cause i think the ignition switch is broken!

So, which pole on the starter motor do i need connect to the battery?

Black/yellow wire is the starter wire.
You can access it at pin 11 of the diagnostic plug, at a single pole plug and socket above the glove box, or the plug and socket clipped onto the steering column.

Or you can just short the solenoid contacts on the starter with a screwdriver, I suggest one with a big plastic handle and some gloves.

Service connector is easiest, especially as you have 12V+ on pin 14.
Just short 11 and 14 to work starter.
