hi just got a set of motorqaulity bucket seats off flea bay to go into my track car.
can anyone point me in the right direction as to correctly fit these,
they have rigid mounts, can i just drill new holes and bolt them to the floor?

Mine are mounted into the floor for the lap belt (using seatbelt mount on the outside and new plated mount on the tunnel side). Shoulder belts are mounted on the rear shelf.

I have seen them mounted in the rear seat belt mounts but you are not meant to have that angle on the harness either
With out a cage and a harness bar, you may be safer with 3 point belts and a glock (or what ever its called)

could i go through the rear seat floor then through a bar of sumsort?
