Does anyone know how much arch rolling costs and if there are any decent companies in Essex/North East London that do it?
Thanks.
Thanks.

if you can find a big halfords (with a large 'ripspeed' sub shop, and a fitting centre, you may find that they do it..... i was recruited origionally when halfords first rolled out the 'ripspeed' format and went on a 2 or 3 day (cant remember now) arch rolling training course, and the store i worked at had an arch rolling machine.... we did have a few enquiries on arch rolling, but after the people were told that they would have to sign a waiver saying we were not responsible for any damage caused from rust or filler that maybe hidden under the paintwork (cause if you have anything nasty hiding there, the wheel arch roller will just blow it out) no one ever actually had it done!!!!
i have however rolled some as a PJ and on an e30 its cool because with a little time and effort you can roll the lip into the flat side of the arch flare, and then roll the flat, side part of the arch out to follow the contour of the rest of the flare.... good for euro look with really wide/ deep dished rims.....
but seriously..... if you think you may have rust, fillet or fibreglass under your paintwork, dont roll them!!!

Frost auto supplies sell the proper rolling arm that bolts to your wheel hub. The other end has a rubber wheel attached to it that you lock in place under the wheel arch. Then you just roll it back and forfth - having the axis of the arm at the hub ensures a perfect arc, you do it until have the shape/clearance you want. But therein lies the skill.
BMW charge 1 hours labour for each arch to do it - they recommend it for wide Alpina's etc.
