I think its on a 60:40 drop now ,but want to return it to either stock (any recommendations) or maybe a 20mm drop if possible....what am I needing to do this and what exactly is involved in the change-over....heightening suspension

Depends what was changed to start with - you may well be lucky and just need standard springs.
Rear spring swap is a doddle - just unbolting the bottom of the dampers will do. Fronts require removal of struts and the use of a spring compressor, which is somewhat more long-winded.

You could use M-Tech springs which are approx 15mm shorter than standard ones. If you wanted a bit lower than that (at the front), but not much, you could use some 15mm lowering spring caps which give a 15mm drop with whatever springs you use.
At the back, you can use different thickness spring pads (or multiple pads) to raise it up a bit.

easiest cheapest would be AVO springs for about 90 GBP. But we don't know which cabbie you have?

For a 325, it is kit 10-007 and looks like this, about 35mm drop at the front, 20 at the back, nicely nose-down, very good turn-in, lots of clearance. This is mine, and I'm very pleased with the springs (on O/E shocks)
