I keep getting them phoneing me and turning up with pick ups
they want my car bad. never had this before, I think some one there
wants it. but i now have the engine and box, rear axel, prop shaft, front suspension wheels and most of the interior in a different place they arnt havin nothing.

hane been. trying to get pay out and buy back price, but they keep telling i cant buy back. if it comes to it i will give them the shell but done loads of work on it now. it will be stronger than factory. bit more weight

all the bits. never been persued like this before, but they not getting nothing now.

but check this out lol i crashed a nissan sunny zx coupe last year bag of shit although it was ace for carrying engines lol proper pokey!

but since the crash which was now last june ive heard fuk all preety much till last week the car stayed here its still here now and after them telling me it was written off its now ok lol.

theyve told me to do wat i like with it lol ( the morral of the story if they know wat theyre looking at and its worth Ԛ£Ã”šÃ‚£Ãƒ”šÃ‚£ then theyre just like you and me dude theyll have it if its shite and worth fuk all like this nissan then they give u all the hassle of sorting it out lol )

Keep pushing the Insurers for two different settlement figures and they should offer you a lower payout with you to keep the motor.

Also ask them what category write-off they have given the car, I think they still rate them A to D and where they intend to send the car if they do manage to "prise it from your cold dead hands!"

Different Insurers do have different rules etc but you should at least express your concerns re the inspector wanting to get his mits on the bits. From experience they will usualy come to some kind of agreement just to get the claim settled and avoid a barrage of phone calls and letters tying up peoples time.

Worst case is it may come down to a take it or leave it offer from them and then you need to decide whats worth the most to you - the money or the car

well its just a striped shell at the moment they can have that but
done so much work on it, they trying to give a cat B thats really bad
