And the Story starts again:

During past reconstrucion procedure, we did not touch the engine.

As the car finnally came to Bilbao, we took it to the official BMW Garage called "BIKAR", to let the valves clereance checked, and the distribuition chain changed also.

As we got it back, just a couple of miles away from the garage, the car started to show "white smoke" from behind.

Clearly the engine had suffered some kind of overheating!

Probably, to work easier on the engine, they switched off the ventilator. When they finished theoir work, they run the engine warm, probably forgetting to switch again the cooling ventilator...and that was it !! :-(

The mechanic is the olny that knows the entire true. Our car entered the garage in perfect situation, and came dameged back.

After many attemps to solve that Problem with the garage, we gave up, and started this new project. Pictures will follow :

Just to show u how this guys work, I show u how they put the "M" badge on our car:

It's not a joke:

Image

Do you see this loose hose?...Also a result of the visit to the officcial Garage:

And from this point on...this is our work again:

all in line:

You can see it from the inner side:

You can see, the second is not in perfect situation. Both will be changed.

The difference between a standard M3 and a SE ist the additional lubricating system:You can see the tube:
