any1 used one of them electric superchargers are they any good for the money saw 1 for Ã‚£100 and they said 15bhp gain are thay talkin s#*t

there was a write up in one of the moded mags they tested one on a mr2 and it actually lost power so they are a pile of s**t

is that the one were its basically a little pc type cooling fan that goes into your air intake?never actually seen or used one but general consensus is as above

thanks alot will save my money any ideas wat i can spend Ã‚£100 on to make it betta i got a 320 with 325inlet and tb k&n panel filter and chiped

i dont believe in these things personally but how many of the people who slate them have actually used or tested one and formed a conclusive result rather than jumping on a hearsay bandwagon?but like i say i wouldnt spend my money on one

If you look at the cfm of even very powerful small electric fans, you can work out that you would need at least 100 of them to make even a small difference and an alternator the size of Essex to power them.

plus the fan is a restriction on the airflow

if a fan is a restriction on airflow why have 2 of them on the radiator?

Too cool the radiator down when they're is no air flowing through it. ie. heavy traffic! What sort of a question/ statement is that ?
