what are the benifits of having bigger tb ?? my sport has superchip, k&n induction kit,boost valve, and a 2 peice exaust system twin dtm with all this would i notice a big diffrence with TB???????????????is it worth the money ive read some on the zone sells them im thinking of buying mine from bexlymotor works forԚ£145 vat inc if i hear good things about TB

Well worth doing, will make a marked difference throughout the rev range and with all the other mods should be better than most.

Zone BBTB is only Ԛ£120 exchange and Ian is a top bloke.

I think they strip it,bore it out,fit a bigger butter fly disc in and replace the seals ?

Ian does them on an exchange basis for Ԛ£120. Easy fitting. My car revved more freely wheb I did mine (Bexley did my swap) and I got about 5-6bhp max power extra. Here's before and after with the TPS swapped to the new one.

well,i think its smoother and a little more kick when the rpm gets a little bit higher.not to mention if you to the whole rpm range shifting fast...so nice "takeover" everytime you change gear...oooh...

m30 TB don't fit,the bored out M20 use the butterfly plate from the M30 i think ?
