For Example

Some stunning car's there, of which 2 are known to the zone...tbh personally I don't have a particular car that sticks in my mind, I have quite a few winkeye and all of the above are incredible e30's, it's just down to the individual owner, on how he/she goes about modding their car...Having said all that...some nice bbs splities on a lowered, zaust'd red e30 m3 would be enough for me winkeye winkeye

I would say the one i have just now.

no other e30 has been as dependable, fun to drive and "part of the family" as my touring.

I dont have a "look" that I prefer.

Laser Blue 318iS with the original BMW 'Addition' sills on 16" Alpinas.

Royal Mettalic Blue 325i Auto Touring on 16" Alpinas.

Not molested, Not modd'ed. Just clean and original.8)

Just like wot I got's.

No M3's. Amwesome car but too close to the 325i Sport chav brigade for me...

bmw e30 style and build quality with a cosworth turbo heart is my idea idea of a near perfect e30.the only down side is the heart being not as reliable as the rest  seriously though,i dont think i could find the perfect e30.you see one that looks perfect then along comes another done differently but just as appealing.i think though that for my personal use my own car isnt far away, the only thing that lets mine down imo is the fact that its white.i dont like white cars.im with orangecurry on the colour, calypso red would make it ideal winkeye i like that blue convertable that raj posted though, ive seen it before and thought it super smooth but let down with the colour of the leather interior not matching

In my eyes theres two perfect E30's! Black sport with really wide stretched rubber BBS RS wheels and an M3 evo 2 in macau blue. Perfect:

325i turbo touring, massive deep dish bbs splittys. I know it's a bit old skool but how about metallic blue with a big f**k off scoop on the bonnet. And lets bring back flames!

I think the above answers your question perfectly. Is the such a thing as perfect? Someone would always change something, so like said it's down to th individual taste. Me personally i think the Azevido M3 comes close even though i'd cahnge the colour cause it's boring, fatter wheels, 20 screens........ I think you get the picture. Good luch anyway. Best thing for you to do is gather as many pics of E30's as you can and steal the best ideas from each one!!!

the perfect e30 is one that looks totally diffrent from the pack. sad thing is that everyone does pretty much the same mods and its boring. eyebrows, council lights, etc etc. i reckon something with really nice frenching and other body mods would be sweet. just subtle stuff that a keen e30 fan would notice..

Its totally your opinion!! (as the above comments prove) Mod your car the way you want it, don't be influenced by us lot, screw the rest, do what you like best. You will enjoy it more, just look in the photo section for inspiration (or my sig an avator pics  )

Exactly! Perfection is a very personal thing, to me c76jon's car is pretty damn close. to others its booty's car.

As long as its done tastefully I love all E30's even fuzzy's silly engined one :snigger:

there's no such thing, you'll always find imperfections in an E30. Not necessarily down to how it looks but other thing slike mechanical, simple stuff. Nothing can be perfect and if it was be a bit too good to be true.

In terms of getting a perfect one, well there's so many ways, you could have an Mtech1 or 2 kit with a full respray to make it perfect with some deep dishes, or you could go for a Reiger kitted car with massive wheels and fresh paintwork. To build one is down to you and how you want it to look, your specification, that is the ideal E30.

One with no rust usually does it for me ! IMO c76jon's M3, its the right colour with proper wheels and if rumours are true he gives it a chamois leather every few months to keep the salt off the paintwork so it's looks shiny

I want a nice straight rust free 325 touring that looks completely standard from the outside and has 350bhp under the bonnet for those "SURPRISE!!!" moments.

Im with Bootyman on this ie its all down to personal taste.

The perfect E30 would be one you are happy with that you wouldnt want to change a thing. YOUR perect colour, YOUR perfect wheels/tyres, YOUR perfect shape, YOUR perfect engine.

MIne is getting near to how I want mine to be but I have other versions of my perfect car.

one Version

Touring
350ci V8
Rolex blue
Centerline Auto Drag wheels
Custom trimmed in tweed material
suble cage
ghosted flames
Muscle car style

another version

Touring
White
full custom cages cage in white
one black bucket seat
one black 3" Harness
plumbed fire extinguisher
Black carpet
slammed
road legal track car fully liveried

E30 M3 with BBS RC's and a 2.5 conversion with Carbon Airbox pushing out 275 bhp.

Nice set of coilovers which can be made soft for road use and nice and hard for track use.

Or:

E30 Sport with M5 V8 engine in Black with Oxblood Leather sitting slammed on some Split rims.
