plugged washer jets

i got this heated washer jets and it seams that they are plugged with something, any ideas how to clean them to get the full spray, the left one has low spraying from only one hole and the right from both but not like they used to, stupid problem but annoying

Stick a pin or a needle in the holes .give it a wiggle around :eek:

A friend used an air compressor to blow through the tubes and jets on his car before, worked like new after that.

or a bike pump.. I do that regularly since my washer tank has a paste like substance in it! ( Need to wash it out!!)
