I really feel there could be a sticky in this section so the same questions don't get asked again and again.

C76jon obviously has the answers. But the poor guy is answering them repeatedly.

Suggestions for a list of sub headings could be offered first.

1) Basic washing is covered in the tech articles, so anything that could be added to that - for example - the use of sponges is not recommended and micro fibre is preffered. Also the use of two buckets when using shampoo - one for saop one for rinsing. etc...

2) The use of T-cut, clay bar etc. and other cutting cleaning products. Best to use affordable alternative - advantages, disadvantages, relative cost...

3) Polish - Best to use affordable alternative - advantages, disadvantages, relative cost...

4) Wax - Best to use affordable alternative - advantages, disadvantages, relative cost...
what are the synthetic alternatives?

Anymore questions?

I'm trying to make less work for those that know and those that don't know the best methods here. All the info could be cut and pasted into a sticky to provide a clearer guide.

Keep it shiney...
Cheers Toby

Sounds like a good idea and I'm sure Jon is sick and tired of answering the same questions for people who can't be bothered searching the threads.
I'm not completely perfect.......there are some bits missing or broken.
But the weather here helps!!!
