Quick question, how do u remove the back panels??
I know there are 2 cross head crews at the bottom but what about the controls on the side of the seats??
thanks

On the of the passenger side handles you need to take a phillips screwdriver to one of them and remove the rod that the handle sits on.

Maybe you've trapped one of the recline wires. Have a look and see if the wires are moving freely.
