iv been told all else you need is eccentric offset bush e30 m3 and e36 lower arms but can use e30 ones but wheel does not sit center of arch.

Alas by fitting a mish mash of e36 parts you lose your ABS , if this matters , and it should , the only PROPER way to go 5 stud is to use E30 M3 components. The down side is it will cost you £500- £700 for a complete kit of parts.
I think good brakes are important so i would spend the extra. Obviously if your turd doesn't have ABS this is not an issue.

other parts needed

e36 lower arms and e30 m3 eccentric offset bush

pacerpete what do you mean mish mash .It is not as if the parts have come off a old cortina.

front legs have bigger brakes than a e30 and the z3 has bigger brakes than e30

i think this is a good cheaper option and £500-£700 for m3 set up is a waste of money

Actually i know someone who knows someone whose neighbour used a combination of sierra P100 pick up parts, some baling twine and some tie wraps. The whole conversion owes him £67.56 . At last he can now fit some 5 stud burger kings. F*ck ABS, he just took the bulb out, proper council stylee ! :)
