last weekend i changed my cylinder head and since then the car has been idling a bit on the fast side. first start it sits at about 2000rpm and when its warm it sits at about 1200rpm. should i be woried or is something as simple as the idle controle valve being knackered?

Check for airleaks - hoses and gaskets.
