Needs a complete new wiring loom from front to back of car (and across the ends and middle), and there's no oil level sensor for the four pots, so the short answer is not possible.
A water level sensor can be fitted to a 318i radiator though (fits underneath the tank), and that could be wired to a warning light, via a single transistor used as a switch.
