Just drop the end of the beam a few inches. Then the fun starts!

Undo the bottom bracket and the big nut on the bottom, and in theory the bolt just pushes up (with a little help from a soft hammer). Top of the bolt is in a hole under the rear seat cushion, with sealant on top of it. Not a conventional bolt head, but a tapered thing that pulls into the hole.
New bush pushes into the subframe fairly easily with a bit of lubricant and a simple puller made from a threaded rod and a few large washers.
The fun is getting the old one off!
Aluminium centre "welds" itself solid to the car body, and the rubber part often has to be severely heated to remove it from the subframe.
