I am trying to counter ballance the weight of having to replace the front alli wishbones with steel ones.( and just geting rid of unnecessary weight!)
The air con doesnt work so that has to go.
Is it just a case of riping it out. Are there pipes to block off..etc..?
Head light wash wipe has to go too. Easy enough job?
Just rip it out  ?
Anything else? ( Lets keep it sensible!! )

If you want to remove the air con completely you will need to remove the entire dashboard from the car and re-fit a heater box inc fan and matrix from another car unless you don't want heat!

Bulkhead soundproofing inside and outside. Quite heavy!

All the stick-on soundproofing stuff on the floors under the carpet, under the back seat and inside the doors. It's hard work to get it all off but it weighs LOADS!!!
And you can hear the engine more! :D

Mudflaps and brackets if you have them, glovebox.
Depends how far you want to take it and what you can live without!

I didn't think of that!
It was Porsche in about 1970 with the LeMans racing 917, like the one Steve McQueen drove in the film 'LeMans'!
I was just taking the mickey as my mates kept ribbing me about my weight saving!

Its a shame carbon fibre has gone up 100% in price in the last year!
All light metals are now costing alot more also, titanium has incressed by 200% in the last year.
Just as well steel is still cheap Hey!
