The bumper mounts are the same (the actual metal mounts). The plastic runners on the inner sides of the bumpers are different.

Eh? i replaced my standard plastic front and rear with tech 2 and they were a 100% direct swap, only needed to adjust the side runners and front mounts to get the front bumper straight, same for the rears except you cannot adjust the two centre mounts only the side runners. (and ofcourse the lower metal valance needs drilling to fit the lower tech2 front valance.)The plastic runners on the inner sides of the bumpers are different.
gcorky... are you putting tech 2 kit on a facelift car?in this case it is a straight swap,
tech 2 on a prefacelift is an entirely different story... i have a tech article if thats what you are trying to do.

Rears are the same but will need adjusting, my front ones are listed as a mtech part at the dealers and are different.mrLEE30 wrote:Eh? i replaced my standard plastic front and rear with tech 2 and they were a 100% direct swap, only needed to adjust the side runners and front mounts to get the front bumper straight, same for the rears except you cannot adjust the two centre mounts only the side runners.
