I got quoted from Bilstein UK in Leicester Ԛ£60 per shock + VAT + Ԛ£12 return postage for the pair.

new ones are around a 100 each so theres not much point.

Ive seen kits for revalving pugeot Bilsteins advertised at about Ԛ£25 so there must be someone who can get hold of them for E30's

Chibster and kermit both told me the front set on my car may have been rebuilt; and they are stiff as fuck! so it might be worth it
