ah you just printed the engine on the bonet so it looks like its a clear bonnet on the car

It's a photoshop.

You set the camera on a tripod, take two photos, one with bonnet, one with out.

Then you Layer them on PS, and reduce the opacity of the bonnet on the top layer so the engine bay shows through.

Nicely done it is too.
