Don't know how bad yours is but mine was sitting for 6months before I got it, and was very fadded, gave it a t-cut and was amazed at the colour of it now.

Defo worth it, all my panels were a different shade of red, never used a t-cut before and was well impressed with the result, all the panels matched and looked brand new again.

If you do manage to get it red again make sure you keep waxing it or spend a bit of cash on a "hard shell" wax or it'll just go pink again in no time. I had an ongoing battle with a red/pink Citroen for a couple of years.
Anyone know why reds are so prone to fading? 80's VWs in Mars red are notorious for it too.

I used Autoglym paint restorer and wasn't that impressed. Found best results with original T-Cut and liberal usage of Colour Magic.
Autoglym bumper shine is amazing stuff for painted bumpers/mirrors. Made whitey-pink look glossy red again in seconds. Trouble is, it requires re-application about every month or so.
